Group Class Policies

• All class passes are non-refundable and non-transferable, although they can be used for any of our group class programs by any member of your family.
• Passes do not expire.
• One week’s notice is required to cancel a scheduled class.
• If you must cancel a class with less than one week’s notice, you may request a make-up through our office. We will provide you with other classes that could be attended that week or the week after, subject to availability. Make-ups cannot be guaranteed, and existing reservations cannot be substituted for cancelled reservations.
• A specific teacher cannot be guaranteed for a given class, although we will make an effort to accommodate your request.
