Programs for Preschoolers

Our classes and lessons for preschool-age children are designed with the whole child in mind. Developing a child's musicality is an end in itself, but we're also working on gross and fine motor skills, critical thinking, pattern recognition, creative thinking, and social skills. Our programs are also immersive - we make it logistically and financially feasible for your child to experience music education virtually every day. Below are a few of the options for your preschool child.

Suzuki Violin Children ages three and up are eligible for our Suzuki violin program (subject to the availability of one of our three violin teachers). The Suzuki program, created in Japan and used all over the world, is child-centered and time-tested. Piano Lessons Not every teacher has the experience and maturity to teach piano to preschoolers, but we do have a few who can. Again, call us at 404-910-3687 or fill out this form and we can talk about the scheduling options for you.

Intensive Program Music is a language, and we teach it like one in this innovative program combining bells, rhythm instruments, keyboard time, and ear training for ages three and up. For scheduling and availability, contact us.

Pre-Glee This group class is designed to develop vocal ability and creative expression in young children. We'll introduce them to kid-appropriate music in a wide range of styles, and each week polish a song for an informal performance at the end of class. View class schedule...

Early Birdies Music Club We play musical instruments, musical games, learn musical symbols and rhythms, sing songs, and dance in this child-centered class. It's a great way to develop self-expression and a love of music while preparing children for study on an instrument. View class schedule...

Early Birdies Jam Session As your toddler grows, it will be harder to keep her in your lap! The urge to explore and experiment is overwhelming. Fortunately, we have designed a class for just that purpose: Early Birdies Jam Session. This class allows plenty of time for your child to try different instruments and musical games. For the youngest children, you will stay in the room, but as they get older children may attend by themselves.

Day Camps Offered during the summer and certain school breaks, our camps take advantage of the best of all of our programs.
