Our youngest campers must be turning three years old no later than the start of their camp date and must be completely potty-trained. Our camps are designed for children up who have not yet begun middle school.

Pick-up and Drop-off

There is a 30-minute grace period for drop-off and a 15-minute grace period for pick-up (between 8:30 and 9:00 for drop-off and up to 15 minutes after your enrolled pick-up time).

As soon as you know that you are going to be late picking up your child, please call us at 404-537-1382.

Please note that after-care is not available for children under five due to Georgia state regulations.

Nut-free facility

We run a nut-free and sesame-free facility, so that our campers with allergies can stay safe and their parents can stay relaxed! If your child accidentally has a snack or lunch with nut product, we will remove that food from the lunch room and will contact a parent or guardian immediately to bring another meal option for your child. We thank you in advance for your attention and care.

PLEASE bring

Each child will bring a bag lunch. We will serve a healthy snack. We take dietary restrictions and allergies very seriously and are happy to accommodate your needs in that area.

For children ages 6 and under, we recommend bringing a change of clothes just in case.

Your child may bring his or her instrument, but an instrument is not required to participate in camp.

Cancellations and Refunds

No refunds will be given for camp cancellations. However, if you give us at least 24 hours' notice for Daily Music Camp, or two-weeks notice for weekly themed camps, we can reschedule your child for a different camp, pending availability.

While our flexible scheduling for our Daily Music Camp is a great solution for busy families, we are not a drop-in program and we cannot guarantee that we will have space available every day. We recommend booking as many of your dates as possible in advance.

Daily Music passes expire at the end of the Summer camp season of the corresponding year of your purchase. School break camp passes cannot be used for summer camp.
