Summer and Fall Registration Timeline

If you want to make sure you get into our private lessons program for 2012 - 2013, take note! Our goal is to ensure that fall registration is fair and controlled while prioritizing those students who have made the strongest commitment.

February 1 - Summer registration begins.

  • New students may register for lessons, camps, or workshops a la carte.
  • All a la carte camps and workshops are 10% off until April 1.
  • Current students may secure their time slot for the 2012-2013 academic year once they register for the appropriate packages.

March 1 - Pre-registration for 2012 - 2013 private lessons begins for current students.

May 1 - Summer tuition is due for current students.

  • If you filled out the Fall Pre-Registration form saying that you would be participating in summer programs, we will bill you accordingly (we'll confirm with you).
  • If desired, you can purchase lessons, workshops, and camps online.
  • If you require a special payment plan, please contact us at 404-910-3687.

May 15 - Pre-registration for the 2012-2013 school year opens to new students who will be taking advantage of our special summer packages.

  • Current students should register before this date in order to reserve their 2011 - 2012 time slot for 2012 - 2013.
  • New students may register for 2012-2013 only if they participate in our special summer packages (please contact our office if you're interested).

May 22 - Summer session begins.

July 1 - Regular registration for 2012-2013 opens to all.

  • By this time, all returning and new students who are taking advantage of our summer specials will have been enrolled for the upcoming school year.
  • For the remaining spaces, priority is given to returning students who filled out the Fall Pre-Registration form.
  • After continuing students who pre-registered have been accommodated, time slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis with no prerequisite.

August 1 - First tuition payment for the 2012 - 2013 school year is due.

August 13 - 2012 - 2013 school-year session begins.

  • We will continue taking students on a rolling basis throught the school year as space allows.
  • Group classes have a separate registration process.
