There is music to be made.

Necessity brought us online.

Success kept us here!

When the state shut down in March 2020, we pivoted our entire in-person school online. With little more than a new idea and sheer will power, we got 90% of our student body moved over to online lessons. Our request? Try one lesson online and see how it goes.

Well after year over year of ‘seeing how it goes’, the results are in. A huge chunk of our student body has opted to stay online! And new clients continue to sign up and stay with online lessons every year. Why? Because online lessons work.

Instructors have mastered the medium of teaching online. With online lessons you get the same great instructors, minus the commute.

Take a piano lesson while dinner is in the oven? Sure! Take a much-needed break from homework to rock out on the guitar? Absolutely!

Though it started by necessity, online lessons are here to stay by choice, there is music to be made!

How online lessons work.

  1. Find the perfect teacher with the help of the office.

  2. Select a weekly day and time that works for you.

  3. Grab your laptop (or smart device) and instrument.

  4. Click your lesson link at the time of your appointment.

  5. Jam. Sign-Off. Repeat!

What do I need to have at home for online lessons?

computers!

A COMPUTER

OR A TABLET or SMARTPHONE!

All our online lessons take place via Zoom. Computers and tablets work best, but a smartphone is great in a pinch too! Simply connect your device to WIFI, set up your lesson space, and we’ll be ready to connect.

YOU!

The most important thing.

This is your journey with music. This is your story. Just showing up is half the battle. And good for you, you’re already half way there! So what’s next? Simply bring your unique self - and maybe the names of some favorite songs. We’ll help you with the rest : )

How enrollment works.

The secret ingredients to our tailor-made, one-size-fits-one approach to online lessons!

Getting to know you

Submit a quick interest form on the website (or give us a call), and we’ll connect you with office favorite, Anna.

Anna’s favorite thing is getting to know you and learning your hopes for your journey with music. Anna really loves her job. Don’t believe me? We even tried to promote her and she only agreed to accept if she didn’t have to give up talking to new students! True story. Moral is, you’re in great hands as Anna celebrates the fact that you are the most important part of the equation. With Anna, you’ll customize your musical experience, tailoring lessons to your exact style and goals.

The Perfect Pairing

We boast nearly 30 incredible music teachers, and unlike many music studios who simply try to get you scheduled, we take care and time to prioritize finding you the right mentor, above all else. We’ve all had that teacher who allows us to believe in ourself, inspires us to learn more, and becomes the reason we fall in love with something new. At Eclectic Music, we take the time to hand-select that teacher with you, and just for you. We’ll walk through our top options and select the ideal teacher for your goals, together.

time to shine

As soon as a teacher is selected, we’ll coordinate schedules and get you on the books for your first lesson - starting the very next week! We’ll connect you and your teacher via email, get you all the details for your tech set up, and send you the credentials for your recurring Zoom lesson. All you have to do is click your lesson link at your scheduled time each week and show up. Time to shine, friend!

VOILA! Tailor-made music lessons…

right from your living room.
